Today I’ll tell you about something that happened to a client: he arrives to check a production line with the best intentions in the world… He opens his laptop and the first thing he sees: 18% battery.
He’s very confident: “I’ll make it, it’s quick.”
Spoiler alert: it wasn’t quick.
But even so, he starts downloading the program.
He connects, opens the software, starts reading data…
And the battery drops straight to 5%.
At that point, he wasn’t working anymore: he was already sweating bullets.
When the machine finally started responding, the laptop displays the classic message:
3% – Connect to a power source.
Except there was a small detail: he didn’t have his charger with him.
Moral of the story: check your equipment before leaving.
A forgotten charger can ruin an entire visit.
Have you ever seen something like this on the factory floor?
