The line was working, yes\u2026 but without any real protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you see that, you know the plant has been playing with fire for a while.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Real Risk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The problem with a bypassed fuse isn't just a violation of regulations; it's that any fault ends up traveling unchecked to contactors, power supplies, variable frequency drives, or even the entire installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a short circuit occurs, it won't blow the fuse\u2026 it will start a fire.<br>These kinds of \"quick fixes\" cause damage that costs hours of downtime and thousands in replacement parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Correction and the Message<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We removed the bypass, restored proper protection, and verified that there were no other compromised points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And we always repeat: if a fuse blows, it's for a reason. Bypassing protection is never a solution; it's postponing the fault and multiplying it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What do you think?
