They didn&#8217;t happen constantly, but often enough to affect production and shift efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon inspecting the control panel, we noticed an almost imperceptible detail: a slight flicker each time the line started up. These kinds of signals shouldn&#8217;t be ignored; they almost always point to the same thing: a bad connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We inspected it point by point, and there it was. The cable wasn&#8217;t loose, but it wasn&#8217;t making good contact either. This loose connection was causing micro-cuts, and these micro-cuts were what stopped the operation without leaving a clear trace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We secured the terminal, performed load tests, and the line returned to stable operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also left a key recommendation: check the tightness of connections periodically. These details, however small they may seem, are what cause most unexpected stoppages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is where we truly add value: we don&#8217;t just fix the problem of the day, we prevent it from happening again.
